Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?
Products are handmade and are usually in stock but in the case of a restock please allow for max 1-2 days to make and send. Orders will be sent via Australia Post which takes 2 businesses to Sydney or 3-6 business days nationally. See shipping for more info.

Can I refund or exchange?
Currently we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products.

What happens if my product if faulty?
Please not products are hand poured and can slightly differ from pictures. All products are made by hand and with care and we ensure no faulty items are sent. In the case an item does appear faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. From here we will arrange for you to return the product and once received, we will happily post out a new one. 

What happens if I don’t receive my parcel?
Very rarely will this happen, but we understand sometimes items get lost in transit. If you have not received your product after the estimated due date, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
